Project Overview
Brooks, a leading provider of automation and cryogenic solutions for the semiconductor and life sciences industries, set out to modernize its engineering and data management processes. The project involved implementing Oracle Agile PLM and integrating it with PTC, SOLIDWORKS, Autodesk Inventor, and Altium Designer. This ensured consistent CAD data management, smoother collaboration across engineering domains, and an efficient migration from the previous PDM system.
Due to XPLM integration solutions all CAD data is now in one system and we can easily share CAD data and engineering resources worldwide.
Solution
XPLM implemented an integration between Oracle Agile PLM and multiple CAD tools, including PTC, SOLIDWORKS, Autodesk Inventor, and Altium Designer. The solution enabled centralized CAD data management, consistent processes across engineering teams, and efficient data migration from the previous system. Comprehensive training and support ensured a smooth rollout and empowered Brooks to manage and maintain the solution independently.
