Project Overview
ANCA, an internationally recognized innovator in CNC grinding technology with customers in 45 countries, set out to modernize its PLM infrastructure to enhance collaboration and data management across teams. The project involved replacing the existing PLM system with Aras Innovator and integrating it with Siemens NX. This integration enabled efficient handling of large assemblies, improved CAD data management, and streamlined processes across multiple sites and engineering teams.

Solution
To meet ANCA’s requirements, XPLM implemented a seamless integration between Aras Innovator and Siemens NX. The solution enables the efficient management of large CAD assemblies, dynamic loading of design data, and secure version control during concurrent work. Through close collaboration between XPLM’s teams in Germany and ANCA’s project management in Australia, the implementation was successfully adapted to local workflows and delivered on time.
